How to use

Clean your feet and dry thoroughly. Separate the foot pouches by cutting along the dotted line. Open the pouch containing the gel and pour the contents into the foot pouches. Secure the foot pouches with the attached adhesive and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foot pouches and gently pat the remaining serum into the skin.
