Duties for orders over 150 €
Ksisters is a company located on the territory of the European Union, so all parcels sent to Ukraine have the status of international. The law of Ukraine provides for tax-free importation of international parcels worth up to 150 € to Ukraine. If the value of your order exceeds the equivalent of 150 €, you will need to pay state duties.
The duties you pay
According to the law of Ukraine, if the value of an international parcel exceeds 150 €, you must pay the following duties:
Value added tax (VAT) and customs duty, which are calculated by the State Customs Service of Ukraine on the day the parcel is imported into the country in UAH at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine according to the following formula:
(Value of goods - 150 € + Customs duty (Value of goods - 150 €) * 10%) * 20%.

When and where to pay
On the day the package arrives at customs, you will receive an SMS message with a link to pay customs duties and VAT from the Meest transport company. After successful payment of duty and VAT, your order will be delivered according to the specified terms.
