I bought this cream to try out after discovering that azelaic acid is good for treating perioral dermatitis, which I developed a few months ago and nothing else seemed to be working. I put the cream on at night and I have to say that after the first use I felt a difference the next morning. After a week my skin is less red and the irritation has subsided. I hope I can get rid of it completely. The cream is very light, not greasy or white, and has a pleasant scent. I will definitely order again.
